Chicken Road

Chicken Road is a writing tool for building a branching conversation as a tree of your own dialogue. You start with a single root scene and grow the story outward from there. The Scenes page lists every scene. Open one to read its details, edit the speaker and the dialogue text, or remove it after a confirmation step. The Choices page works from a source scene you select. Adding a response creates its child scene in the same step, and you can rewrite or reorder the existing responses. The Readthrough page follows the conversation the way a reader would. Begin at the root, pick a response to move forward, and use Back or Restart to change course. Deleting a response or a scene asks you to confirm that its whole child branch goes with it. Your scenes and responses are stored on the device and work offline, so the conversation is waiting the next time you open Chicken Road.
