Courtino: Game Organizer

Courtino (formerly B-Admin-Time) is an app for organizers and players of regular sports groups: badminton, tennis, squash, padel, pickleball and table tennis. Each group picks its sport, and the app sets the default number of spots per court to match. No more chaos in group chats and spreadsheets: you run sessions, payments, the match schedule and the ranking in one place. SESSIONS • Sessions split into courts and time slots, plus recurring rules such as "every Tuesday 7–9 pm" • Sign-ups in order of arrival, or by lottery when more people want in than there are spots • Waitlist: when someone drops out, the first person in line gets a spot offer and confirms it in the app • A dashboard with your next game, payments to settle and upcoming sessions • Games nearby: open sessions of other groups where you can request a free spot PAYMENTS • Who has paid, who has declared a payment and who hasn't — on one cashier screen • Sports cards, guests and late fees • Payment details (phone, bank account, Revtag) are visible only to the person you need to pay MATCH SCHEDULE • Rounds, pairs and courts for the session, arranged by hand or by the schedule generator • Smart doubles pairing based on player level and history of playing together • Match results entered as you go RANKING AND BADGES • Group ELO ranking (singles and doubles) with the point change after the last session • Badges for consistency, winning streaks and form • A recap after every session: MVP, the closest match, the surprise of the day FOR CONVENIENCE • A home-screen widget showing your next session • Add a session to your phone calendar and get directions to the venue • Outdoor courts with a weather forecast • Invite people to the group by link or QR code • Admin panel: inactive members, activity log and announcements for the group NOTIFICATIONS Session reminders, waitlist spot offers and payment reminders arrive as push notifications, and on Telegram for groups that use the bot. You choose what you want to receive. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Optional extra biometric authorization for sensitive actions • No ads • You can delete your account in the app at any time The app does not process payments. It helps your group keep track of them; transfers are made outside the app. PRICING The app is free to download. A new group gets 14 days of the full Pro plan with no card required. After that the group owner chooses the Lite, Regular or Pro plan, billed outside the app. Availability of some features depends on the group's plan. The app is available in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Hindi.
