App Blocker, Focus - Stowphone

Stowphone is an app blocker and focus timer that helps you put your phone away. Choose the apps that pull you in, and Stowphone keeps them closed during focus sessions, on a schedule, or once you reach a daily limit. NEW: OPEN LIMITS · FOCUS WITH BREAKS · BLOCKING ALERTS • Limit opens: let an app open only a few times a day (say 5), then it stays closed until midnight. Use it alone or together with a time limit • Focus with breaks (pomodoro): 25 min focus + 5 min break, or 50 + 10. Apps open during the break and close again on their own • Blocking alert: if a permission is turned off and blocking stops, you get a notification right away. One tap takes you to the fix • Start your first focus session right at the end of setup Every feature is included. No account, no subscription, and nothing to unlock. SET UP IN ABOUT A MINUTE • Pick a goal: study, sleep, work or less social media • Stowphone suggests which apps to block and builds a starting plan • Each permission is explained in plain words before you turn it on FOCUS NOW • Start a focus session with one tap: 5 minutes to 4 hours • Home screen widget and Quick Settings tile • A quiet countdown in your notifications SCHEDULES • Block apps at bedtime, during work or class, on the days you choose • Block chosen apps, or allow only the apps you need • Schedules that run past midnight work as expected DAILY LIMITS • Give a group of apps a time allowance per day • Time adds up across the whole day. New: Limit opens — let an app open only a few times a day. New: Focus with breaks — 25+5 or 50+10 pomodoro; apps open in the break and close again. If blocking stops because a permission was turned off, you get an alert right away. Start your first focus right from setup. Fixed: apps you pick while adding a schedule, daily limit or pause are now kept.
