Toffee Cogs

Toffee Cogs is a quiet puzzle game set in a confectionery machine room. Each job is a panel with a hand crank on one side, candy tools on the other, and no gear train between them. Drag cogs from the parts tray onto the mounting pins. Two cogs mesh when their pins sit a radius apart, each mesh flips the direction, and the tooth counts set the speed. Every tool carries a job card naming a direction and a speed. Pull the crank to run the machine and fix the tools that raise a red flag. Some pins are seized and some cogs are riveted down, so the workable train is never obvious. Later panels add exact fit trays and a belt that reaches a tool no chain can span. Sixty jobs sit in five workshops. Each is built from its own seed, so no two panels repeat, and a low placement count stamps up to three pips. Pips buy cog finishes and grease tokens in the Parts Bin. There are no timers and no way to fail, and your progress, pips and records stay on the device while you play Toffee Cogs offline.
