eShop runs your shop from your phone: the till, your stock, your workers and your money, in one place. SELL AT THE TILL • Scan barcodes with the phone camera or a barcode scanner, or search by name. • Cash, mobile money, bank, credit for trusted customers, split payments, receipts. • No internet? The till keeps selling. Sales are saved on the phone and upload by themselves when the connection is back, each recorded once. STOCK THAT ADDS UP • Deliveries, transfers between branches, stock counts, damage and expiry, batches with expiry dates. • Reorder suggestions and low-stock warnings. • Ingredients and recipes for kitchens and bakeries: the cost of each item made. JOB CARDS FOR YOUR SERVICE TEAM • For plumbers, electricians, welders, mechanics, nurses, waiters and waitresses: anyone who takes items for a job and pays when it is done. • Print ID cards with a QR code. A worker shows their card and types their PIN to take items for a job. • Items are scanned out on a job card and brought back if unused. When the job is done, scan the card again to close it and take payment. • What the worker owes and what they earned are always clear. PAY YOUR WORKERS FAIRLY • Commission as a share of each item's profit, a share of sales or labour, an amount per item or a set amount per job. • Workers see their earnings sale by sale on their own phone. • Pay earnings from the till at closing, less anything they owe. KNOW WHO OWES WHAT • Debtors and creditors in one view, with overdue amounts. • Send payment reminders by WhatsApp or SMS. • Supplier invoices, consignment stock and payments. BOOKS AND REPORTS • Double-entry books kept for you as you sell. • Profit and loss, cash flow, sales and stock reports, export to Excel. • An audit trail of every change.
