Intensity is personalised from your VO2 max evaluation. The clinic treats lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain, frozen shoulder, knee and sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Recovery sessions combining dry needling, cupping, myofascial release and assisted stretching are booked through the front desk. This app is a companion to care you receive in person at Siyara.
