Cash Calculator: Money Counter

How much cash is on the table right now? Cash Calculator: Money Counter answers in a few taps: enter how many of each note and coin you have next to its value in «Denominations», and the running «Total» updates with every digit. Each row shows value × quantity = subtotal, so you can see where the sum comes from, not just the final figure. It works with any currency because it never asks which one you use: the denominations are plain numbers. The default set runs from 0.01 to 10,000, and you can add, edit, hide or delete values until the list matches exactly the notes and coins in your drawer, wallet or donation box. WHY YOU'LL LIKE CASH CALCULATOR: MONEY COUNTER • Fast counting: tap the quantity next to each denomination; the subtotal and the «Total» update instantly, with thousands separators as you type. • Your own denominations: «Add Denomination» for any value, edit a value, untick the ones you do not use or delete them; the list stays ordered by value. • «Sorting»: «Value: descending», «Value: ascending», «Amount: descending» or «Amount: ascending», whichever matches how you count. • «Copy» the total in one tap, or long-press any row to copy its value × quantity = subtotal line. • «Share» the full breakdown: every denomination with its quantity and subtotal, plus the total, as plain text to a colleague, a chat or your notes. • «Reset» zeroes all quantities for the next count, after a confirmation, and keeps your denominations. • «Decimals» from 0 to 10 and a «Thousands separator» (comma, space or none), so the figures look the way your currency is written. • «Useful Content»: finance articles opened inside the app. • Works offline, no account; light and dark themes, 73 languages. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open «Denominations» and tick the notes and coins you actually have; add any value that is missing. 2. Back on the main screen, type the quantity of each denomination. 3. Read the «Total», then «Copy» or «Share» it; «Reset» when you start the next count. PERFECT FOR • Cashiers and shop owners counting the till at opening and closing. • Waiters, bartenders and drivers adding up the day's takings and tips. • Treasurers of clubs, churches and teams counting donations and dues. • Market and fair sellers with a cash box and no register. • Anyone emptying a piggy bank or a savings jar and wanting the exact figure. MORE THAN A SUM A total alone is easy to doubt; a total with its breakdown is easy to check. Because every row shows value × quantity = subtotal, a second person can verify the count line by line, and the shared text keeps a record of what was counted, not just how much. A FEW TIPS • Count one denomination at a time and type its quantity once; the subtotal on the same row confirms it before you move on. • Untick the values you never handle so the main list stays short and nothing gets skipped. • At the end, switch «Sorting» to «Amount: descending» to see which denominations make up most of the total. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Denominations and quantities are stored locally on your device; no account is needed. «Useful Content» opens articles in the app when you want to read; the calculator itself works without internet.
