Music Bits: Song Tile Puzzle

Music Bits is a puzzle you solve with your ears. Pick a song and Music Bits cuts it into short musical tiles and shuffles them. Tap a tile to hear it, then drag the tiles into the numbered squares in the order they play. Tap "Play my order" to hear what you've built so far. When every tile is in the right place, the clock stops and the whole song plays back for you. HOW IT WORKS - Three levels: Easy (9 tiles), Medium (16) and Hard (25). - Every tile sounds different, so every puzzle can be solved by ear. If two tiles really do sound the same, either one counts. - Only one sound plays at a time, with smooth starts and stops. - The clock starts on your first move. Beat your best time and climb your own top-10 list for every song and level (kept on your phone; times that used hints are marked with how many). - All players: see the online top 10 for every song and level, under a nickname you choose. Only runs without hints are posted. Offline? Your time is saved and posted later. - Stuck? Use up to 3 hints per puzzle. Each hint is a short optional video that locks one more right tile into place. REAL MUSIC, FREE TO ENJOY Twelve built-in songs, all real recordings and all in the public domain: marches by the United States Marine Band, ragtime and folk tunes by the US Air Force Band, and classical favorites recorded for Musopen. You'll hear The Stars and Stripes Forever, Maple Leaf Rag, In the Hall of the Mountain King, Beethoven's Fifth, the William Tell Overture, Vivaldi's Spring, Yankee Doodle, Simple Gifts and more. Every performer is credited in the app. PRACTICE WITH YOUR OWN SONGS Pick any song saved on your phone and Music Bits cuts it up the same way for a practice round. Your song is only read while you play. It's never uploaded, shared or saved, and Music Bits doesn't need permission to see your files. Practice times are kept separately. ALSO - Family friendly, no account and no sign-in. - Sound and vibration switches in Settings. - Free, with ads.

First release of Music Bits: put real public domain songs back together, tile by tile.
