PumpTestPro

PumpTestPro is the phone app for pump efficiency tests in the field. It is for technicians who test agricultural, municipal, and industrial pumps on site. Run a test. Pick the customer and the pump site, then walk the job in one pass. Enter the readings you take at the pump: flow in gallons per minute, static level, pumping level, discharge pressure, gauge height, and friction loss. Add the electrical readings the test needs: volts, amps, power factor, or a measured kilowatt number. GPS and photos. Tap Use GPS when you want the phone's location on the test, or type the latitude and longitude yourself. Attach photos of the nameplate, the install, and the gauges from your gallery. The app does not turn the camera on by itself. Overall pumping efficiency. Before you leave the site, review total dynamic head, water horsepower, input kilowatts, and overall pumping efficiency (OPE). The math matches the PumpTestPro website. If a reading is off, or if efficiency calculates over 100%, the app tells you what to fix. A PDF is not created until those readings are corrected. Reports. Save the test as a draft, submit it for review, or finalize it and share the PDF. The report is the same generate-report PDF the office uses. Share it from the phone's share sheet with the shop or the pump owner. Accounts. Sign in with the work email your company already set up. PumpTestPro does not create the company account on the phone. A technician sees their own tests. An admin or a customer representative sees the company list. On a weak signal. A draft stays on the phone if the connection drops, then syncs to the company account when you are back online. PumpTestPro does not show ads. Test data is for your company account, not for sale.
