Patrolly – Security Patrols

Patrolly is the app for security guards in the field. Every checkpoint has an NFC tag: hold your phone to it, and the visit is recorded with time and location. Patrolly is for employees of security companies that use Patrolly. Your login is provided by your employer – there is no self sign-up. SCAN CHECKPOINTS • Hold the phone to the NFC tag – done • Record the condition: all good, problem or urgent • Comment and up to 5 photos per checkpoint • Tag damaged? Pick the checkpoint manually (marked for review) • Scanned the wrong tag? Nothing is recorded under the wrong checkpoint PATROL ROUNDS • The shift shows the current round and all mandatory checkpoints • The next checkpoint is highlighted, every checkpoint can be tapped • "New round" restarts the list; scheduled rounds start automatically • Rounds are recognized even without a tap – the app and the portal show the same SHIFTS • A shift starts with the first scan, at most one hour before its start • Forgot to end the shift? The system closes it automatically • Shifts later in the day are only announced – nothing can be started by mistake WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL • In a basement or garage, scans and photos are saved on the phone • As soon as the signal is back, everything is sent automatically REPORT PROBLEMS • Unlocked door, damage, suspicious person, fire and more • With severity and photos; the control room is notified at once TAGS AND CHECKPOINTS (APPROVED BY THE OFFICE) • Suggest new checkpoints with a tag right on site • Replace damaged tags and check tags • All suggestions go to the portal for approval HISTORY AND PROFILE • All your own scans with photos, including those still saved offline • Shifts and scans this month at a glance MADE FOR THE NIGHT SHIFT • Dark design, large buttons, clear colors • English, German and Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian For security companies: shift planning, live overview, incidents and monthly client reports (PDF/Excel) run in the Patrolly web portal – in your own brand if you like.
