Brake in gear without the clutch and it dies. Ease it out and the car creeps at idle. You feel the bite point through haptics: the phone judders while the clutch slips and shudders when the engine lugs. H-PATTERN LEVER Work the stick shift like in a real car: drag the lever through the gate: 1-2, 3-4, 5-R (5-6 and R in the Sport Hatch). Without the clutch it won't go in and the gears grind. Under load it won't come out of gear. STEERING YOUR WAY Lane assist, tilt steering or an on-screen steering wheel (Settings). CAR PACKS Every car is a different gearbox, and every pack has 3 missions built for it: • Sport Hatch 2.0: 6-speed, 7,200 rpm, light flywheel and a sharp clutch. Match the revs on every downshift. • Off-Roader 4x4: part-time 4WD, low range (4L) and a rear diff lock.
