Drone Flight Logbook Pro

Drone Flight Logbook Pro is an offline logbook built for drone pilots. Record every flight with the details regulators and clients ask for, keep your aircraft and batteries in order, and see when your certificates and insurance expire. Everything is stored on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud sync. Regulation-aware flight entries Each flight records the date, aircraft, duration, location notes, and free-form notes, plus the fields drone pilots actually need: • Operation category: EU Open A1, A2, or A3, EU Specific, FAA Part 107, or recreational • Aircraft registration, operator ID, and remote ID • Maximum altitude, with a gentle warning when it is above the usual ceiling for the chosen category (120 m in the EU Open category, about 400 ft under Part 107) • VLOS or BVLOS operation • Night flight • The batteries used on the flight The app does not decide what is legal where you fly. It helps you keep a clear, consistent record so you can show what you did. Optional pre-flight checklist Turn on the checklist for any flight to confirm that you checked the weather, that wind was within limits, that batteries were charged and inspected, and that airspace and permissions were checked. Add the wind speed and a short note. The checklist is saved with the flight entry, so your preparation is documented next to the flight itself. Fleet and battery inventory • Keep a list of your aircraft with model, serial number, registration, remote ID, and firmware • See total flight hours per aircraft, including hours flown before you started using the app • Track every battery with its cycle count and total flight time; each flight that uses a battery adds one cycle • Retire old batteries without losing their history • Keep a maintenance and firmware log for each aircraft: maintenance, repairs, inspections, and firmware updates with version numbers Pilot profile, certificates, and insurance • Store your pilot name and operator ID; the operator ID is filled in on new flights • Add certificates and insurance policies with their numbers and expiry dates • See at a glance what is valid, what expires within 30 days, and what has expired • Optional local reminders 30 days before, 7 days before, and on the day something expires; they are scheduled on your device and work without a connection Flight-time statistics See your total flight time, this month, and the last 90 days, a simple bar chart of the last six months, and a breakdown by operation category, with night and BVLOS flight counts. Import logs and tracks (Pro) Import DJI and Litchi flight-log CSV files and GPX or KML tracks. The app fills in the date, duration, and maximum altitude when the file contains them, and draws the flight path on an offline track view with start and end points and total distance. No map tiles are downloaded; the track is drawn from the file alone. Everyday logbook tools • Search across aircraft, place, notes, date, and duration • Filter by aircraft, this month, or this year, and sort by newest, oldest, or longest • Edit, duplicate, and delete flights • Share one flight or the visible log as plain text • Export a CSV backup with Pro, including the regulation fields • Available in 32 languages, with right-to-left layouts Free and Pro The free version keeps up to 5 flights and includes the regulation fields, checklist, fleet and battery inventory, maintenance log, pilot profile, reminders, and statistics. An optional yearly Pro subscription unlocks unlimited flights, CSV export, and log and track import. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and can be restored at any time. Privacy Your flights, aircraft, batteries, certificates, and tracks are stored only on this device. The app has no account and does not upload your log.
