Teacher Gradebook

A grade book for teachers that is built for speed. Paste a roster of 30 names in one go, pick an assignment, and type the scores down the column on a big keypad: Enter moves to the next student and the class average updates as you go. Thirty scores take well under a minute. Grade the way your school requires. Choose per class: points (earned over possible), weighted categories (homework, quizzes, tests, projects, participation, each worth a set share), or standards-based grading with proficiency levels 1 to 4. Set your own letter-grade cut-offs. Mark work as missing, excused or absent, and each one counts the way it should: excused is left out, absent is held as owed, missing counts at the percentage you choose. A category with no graded work yet is shown as such, never silently counted as zero. See every angle. The class grid shows every student and assignment at once with grades alongside. Open a student for their full record, or an assignment for its mean, median, high, low and distribution. Take attendance per class per day, kept separate from grades. Reports for conferences. Share a one-page progress report per student, a full class gradesheet as a PDF, or a CSV for whatever student information system your school uses. Terms without losing history. Archive a finished term with every grade kept and set your classes up again for the next one in a single step: roster and assignment list, never old scores. No account, no cloud, no district approval needed to start. Student names and grades stay on your device; the app has no sign-in and no server, and never uploads your gradebook. Export all your data to a file any time. The app makes no claim of FERPA or GDPR compliance on your school's behalf and is not connected to any school system. For personal record-keeping. Not an official document. Free: 1 class of up to 15 students in the current term, with watermarked reports, and score entry is never limited. Pro (yearly or lifetime): unlimited classes and students, archived terms, reports without the watermark, CSV export, standards-based grading and restore from an export. If Pro ends, nothing is deleted.

First release. Paste a class roster in one go, then enter scores down the column on a big keypad with the class average updating live. Points, weighted categories or standards-based grading per class, with your own letter scale. Missing, excused and absent each count correctly. Attendance, progress report and gradesheet PDFs, CSV export, and term archiving. Everything stays on your device.
