Archibald: AI Butler & Planner

Archibald is an AI butler in a chat: an assistant that manages your schedule and holds you to your goals. He is old-fashioned, discreet and quietly witty, never servile and never preachy. Forward it, and he files it Paste a booking confirmation, a ticket, a bill or a plan into the chat, or share the text into the app from any other app. He files it and says back the date, time and place in a line, so you can see at once that he has it right. If a detail is off, tell him and he puts it right. Reminded before what matters • A bill: a week, 3 days and 1 day before, and on the day. • An appointment: the day before, and 2 hours before. • A birthday: on the day, and a word in the evening to make sure you congratulated them. Ask for any other reminder as you would ask a person: once, on weekdays, several times a day, every day, every month on a given day, every year, or every day until it is done. His calendar, in the app One page shows everything he keeps for you and exactly when he will remind you of each thing. Tap + to add a birthday, a bill, an appointment, an event or a task yourself, change any reminder, or dismiss what you no longer need. He reminds you of what is listed there, at the moments shown, and of nothing else. Routines and goals Tell him the routine you mean to keep and the goal behind it. He checks in, asks how it went, remembers what you said last time, and holds you to it, kindly and without a sermon. He remembers The people in your life, the dates that matter, what you told him a month ago. The Journal, in the menu, shows what he keeps in mind about you. Quiet hours are yours Choose the hours when he must not start a conversation, and how often he may write first. His own messages wait until the quiet hours are over; a reminder you set for a time comes at that time. His replies are never held back. Plans The free plan keeps up to 5 active items at once: bills, birthdays, appointments, events, tasks and reminders. A repeating one counts once, and finishing or dismissing one frees its slot. Premium is available monthly or annually and keeps as many as you like. It is billed through Google Play at the price shown in your currency, renews automatically and can be cancelled any time in Google Play. Privacy No account and no sign-in. The app does not read your contacts, location, photos or your phone's calendar. It reads the clipboard only when you tap paste, and text you share into it waits in the message box until you send it. The people who run Archibald can read conversations, for quality and safety. Clear my data, in the menu, erases your conversations, his notes and his calendar at any time. Archibald is an AI, and tells you so when asked. He keeps track and reminds you; he does not book, pay or send anything for you. He can get a detail wrong, which is why he says back what he filed and shows it in his calendar.

Tick things off in the calendar: what is done stays on its day, crossed out. Open an item to see its history: when it was added, moved, done or removed, and by whom. What he noted under each message now shows how each thing stands today, and the month view marks the days ahead that have something on them. The free plan now keeps up to 5 active items.
