Cozy nonogram logic puzzles for TV, phone and tablet. Couch co-op for two.
A cozy evening, a picture made of clues, and a second controller if someone sits down beside you.
CozyGrams is a relaxing nonogram puzzle game (also known as griddlers, hanjie, picture cross or paint by numbers logic puzzles) for Android TV, phones and tablets. Play solo, or hand someone a second controller and solve one shared picture together in local couch co-op. It is free, offline, and has no ads.
NEW TO NONOGRAMS?
• Every number is a run of filled squares in its row or column, in order. Work out which squares must be filled, cross out the ones that must stay empty, and a little picture appears.
• A short guided tour solves your first tiny puzzle with you: it reads a clue, lets you fill and cross out a square with your own controller, remote or finger, and shows how a second player joins. Skip it any time, or take it again later.
• Friendly one-time tips point out the clues, the pen and the hint button the first time you meet them.
• How to play, in the Cozy Corner, covers the rules, the controls, playing together, the Story Book and common questions.
TWO ON THE COUCH
• Each controller keeps its own player, cursor and color. The first controller to press a button is Rose and the next is Sky, and they keep their seats even if a controller falls asleep.
• Every cursor wears a letter, R or S, so the players never depend on color alone. Player colors gives Sky a deeper teal and a dashed ring.
• Credit is shared and there is no scoreboard.
MADE FOR THE TV
• Gamepad: D-pad or left stick to move (hold to keep going), A to fill, B or X to cross out, Y for a hint, Menu or Start for the Cozy Corner.
• Bare TV remote: OK cycles fill, cross and clear, and holding OK gives a hint. The on-screen legend matches whatever is in the room.
• A landscape, ten-foot interface that stays inside the safe area, with no touchscreen needed. A keyboard and mouse work too.
ON A PHONE OR TABLET
• Solve the whole picture with one thumb. The FILL | CROSS pen decides what a touch does: tap a square, drag along a line, or hold for the other mark.
• On small squares, slide to aim and tap again or press MARK.
• Turn on Two players in the Cozy Corner and a paired controller joins as Sky.
ALWAYS ONE ANSWER
• Every board is checked by a constraint solver, so the clues alone are always enough. No guessing, and never a second answer.
• Endless mode deals 24 subjects (hearts, sleepy cats, cocoa, moons, rain on the window, teapots, mittens, foxes, pie and more) in 12 looks each, at 5x5, 10x10, 15x15 and 20x20.
• Bigger boards are bigger puzzles: pictures are drawn with holes, so a 20x20 line has real choices in it.
STORY BOOK
• 24 handcrafted chapters on a gentle size ladder, from four 5x5 evenings to two 20x20 nights.
• Each finished chapter becomes a keepsake page with a line of its own.
COMFORT AND ACCESSIBILITY
• Larger text (and your device's own font size), extra contrast, player colors, bolder cursors, reduced motion, gentle mistake checking, hints, and a reset that puts everything back.
• TalkBack reads the menus, How to play, and each square with the clues that cross it.
• A synthesized music box score and soft sound effects, each with its own switch.
• Progress saves as you go, square by square.
NO NONSENSE
