SiteBrief helps you collect the information needed before a scaffolding assessment – on site, on your phone, without a signal. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Start a survey with just a site name and fill in the rest in any order • Follow ten photo prompts: whole front elevation, sides, rear, roofline, delivery access, ground level, obstructions and details to check • Take photos with your camera app or choose them with the Android photo picker • Add captions and numbered pins to photos, and set their order in the report • Record measurements in metres, millimetres, feet or inches – each one labelled as measured on site, provided by the client or estimated • See conversions between metric and imperial without changing the value you recorded • Answer ten access questions (Yes / No / Not sure) with notes: delivery vehicles, unloading, gates, narrow passages, pavements, parking, overhead lines and more • List obstructions, access restrictions and open questions for the specialist • Check what is still missing on the review screen, then mark the brief ready for review • Create a PDF brief on the phone, preview every page, then share it or save a copy • Back up all surveys to a file you choose and restore them on another phone WHAT IT IS NOT SiteBrief records information for review by a competent professional. It does not design scaffolds, calculate loads, check compliance, inspect, approve or certify that anything is safe. Measurements are approximate. Every PDF states: "Information recorded during a site visit. Subject to review by a competent professional. Not a scaffold design or safety certificate."
