Apartop Guests is the app for people staying in an apartment managed with Apartop. • Online check-in without typing: scan your ID card or passport and your details fill in by themselves; the photo never leaves your phone. Add your companions and sign on your phone. • Your door code: if the apartment has a smart lock (Nuki or TTLock), your personal code, valid only during your stay. • Stay guide: address on the map, how to get in, wifi, house rules, things to see nearby and host contact. • Audio guide: the guide read aloud in your language. • Apartment tutorials: how the hob, air conditioning, washing machine and more work. • Requests: ask for early check-in or late check-out and report a problem in the apartment. • Direct booking: book again on the apartment's page, with no commission. • Works offline: your stays are saved on your phone.
