Milesheet is a mileage logbook and vehicle-expense tracker for people who drive for work — rideshare and delivery drivers, contractors, and anyone who uses their own car for business. THE NUMBER THAT MATTERS If you are self-employed, you usually deduct your actual vehicle costs multiplied by the share of your driving that was for work. Milesheet keeps both halves of that sum: a logbook for the percentage and receipts for the dollars, and it shows the arithmetic between them. LOG EVERY DRIVE • Add drives by hand in seconds, from odometer readings or a trip distance • Mark each one business or personal — personal driving counts too, because the percentage is a ratio • Unclassified drives stay at the top, and the app tells you when your percentage is still provisional • Automatic drive detection is available on the Annual and Lifetime plans: Milesheet notices when you start driving and records the distance. Only the distance is saved, not your route. SCAN YOUR VEHICLE RECEIPTS Photograph fuel, insurance, maintenance, registration and parking receipts. The vendor, date and total are read on your phone, not in the cloud. Parking and tolls on business trips are kept separate, because they are claimed in full.
