Can’t find something near you? A traveler can bring it back for you. Atini puts two people in touch. One is looking for a specific item. The other is flying from one country to another. That traveler buys it and hands it over in person for a reward. IF YOU’RE BUYING • You post the item’s link, your maximum price and the reward. • Nothing is held or charged when you post. • Verified travelers send you offers. You choose the one that suits you. • The amount is then held on your bank card with 3D Secure. • The traveler buys the item themselves, with a receipt in their name. • Before their flight, you approve the item’s photo and the receipt. • At the handover, you inspect the item, then show your code. • Only the receipt amount is charged. The rest of the hold is released. IF YOU’RE TRAVELING • You add your flight and see the requests for your destination. • You make an offer and give your arrival date. • You don’t buy anything until the buyer has chosen you. • Their money is already held when you get to the checkout. • Together, you agree on the place and time of the meet-up. • You hand over the item in person and get your reward. • Stripe verifies your identity when you open your payout account. • Your payout goes to your European IBAN seven days after the handover. • From your fourth handover, this drops to two days. TRUST • Never a sealed package: the traveler buys the item themselves. • You message each other in the app’s chat. • At the meet-up, you each tap “I’m here.” • Buyer and traveler review each other after the handover. • Every member’s reliability shows on their profile. • You can report or block a member at any time. • Photos that everyone can see are moderated automatically. • Atini never sees your card details: Stripe handles them. YOUR CIRCLE • You can make a request visible to your circle only. • Within your circle, a request can be free. • Prescription medicine can only be requested within your circle. • Atini never keeps your contacts. WHERE Atini works between any two countries, in both directions. The traveler is paid in euros, to a European IBAN. Illegal items and goods banned by customs are excluded.
