Apex Soccer brings everything around a player's development into one app, for the player, their parents, their coach and their club. FOR PLAYERS • See your upcoming sessions, team and schedule in one place. • Work through assignments, quizzes and training plans set by your coach. • Track goals, assessments and progress over time, and earn XP and achievements as you improve. • Upload check-in videos and get video feedback from your coach. FOR PARENTS • Manage your children's profiles and keep their details, medical alerts and emergency contacts current. • Register for programs and tryouts, accept team offers, and pay for sessions, dues and fees securely in the app. • Set up instalment plans and keep track of what is owed. • See attendance, development reports and goals for each child, and message the coach. FOR COACHES • Plan and schedule sessions, take attendance and keep a drill library. • Build training plans, session plans, assignments and quizzes, and review what athletes submit. • Record assessments, write development plans and give video feedback. • Personal trainers can invite families, schedule paid sessions and get paid through secure Stripe payouts. FOR CLUBS • Run teams, seasons, programs, tryouts and rosters. • Manage coaches, eligibility and permissions, referees and venues. • Handle registrations, dues, tournament fees and the club ledger. • Post announcements and keep every family informed. Sign-in is passwordless: use a passkey on your device or a one-time code sent to your email. Payments for sessions, programs and fees are processed by Stripe; Apex Soccer never sees your card details. Creating an account is free for players, parents and coaches. Clubs are set up by the Apex Soccer team. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
