Call and email actions open your device's dialer or mail app so you remain in control. PLAN YOUR WEEK Browse appointments by week and filter your schedule. Keep upcoming visits and unfinished work easy to find. Optional local reminders can help you remember jobs and follow-ups; delivery depends on your device settings. PREPARE AND SHARE ESTIMATES Create quotes with line items, quantities, rates, discounts, and tax. Generate a PDF to share through an app you choose. Record payments manually and review remaining balances. Jobbook does not process payments or provide accounting or tax advice. REUSE YOUR SERVICES Build a service catalog with your own scope, duration, tasks, and rates. Use services to prepare jobs and quotes. The included service ideas start without prices so you can set your own rates. Save useful resources as favorites for quick access. WORK OFFLINE No Jobbook account is required. Your workspace stays in app-private storage on your device. The current app has no advertising or analytics. Photos are added through the system picker; notifications are optional. Sharing a PDF, message, or backup sends the selected content to the external app or provider you choose. BACK UP YOUR WORKSPACE Export and restore a backup from Settings. Backups contain business records and attached photos and are ordinary, unencrypted JSON files. Keep copies somewhere you control.
