Ice Fishing

Ice Fishing is a calm winter puzzle about laying out an ice fishing rig. Pegs sit on a frozen lattice, cords run under the ice between them, and you move the pegs until no cord crosses another. Drag a peg to a free cell and the cords redraw as you go. Crossed cords turn red and a knot marker shows where the tangle sits. Later sites are harder. Some pegs are stitched to the ice and cannot move, slush wells and pressure ridges block cells, and a strain cap limits how far a cord may stretch. Forty-eight hand-built sites run across four chapters. Each has a drag par, and clearing it in few moves earns marks and the knots you spend on cord weaves, peg caps and ice liners.
