Gut Insight by G-Tech Medical

The companion app for the wireless patch system. The App connects via Bluetooth LE to the GutTracker patches which measure the electrical signals from the gastrointestinal tract. In parallel with this activity, the App provides for logging of various activities such as meals, bowel movements, pain and related activities.

This build reworks patch setup and daily logging. In GutTracker setup, each Place Patch step now draws the patch to confirm as an outline with its battery circle inside a dashed blue ring, with the note “Battery covers must point toward the patient’s right side”. In addition, symptoms of constipation and diarrhea have been added to the symptoms list and improvements in the Set-up help and troubleshooting page. Includes the addition of a User Agreement.
