CR Storage Bay Register is a depot book for a warehousing and unit-storage yard, kept by the same hands that cut the keys and sweep the floors. The unit register holds every steel bay with its footprint, occupant, rate and start date, and reads back how much of the yard is let and what the month rolls up to. Load fit answers the question asked at the gate: give it a box size, a stack limit and an aisle allowance and it works out how many go on a layer, how many layers the ceiling permits, and the cheapest footprint that takes the load. Part-month charging turns a monthly rate into a daily one, bills only the days a unit was occupied and sets the deposit against it. The cleaning rota keeps each unit, corridor and stretch of yard against its own interval, shows what has run past due, and adds up the crew minutes the coming week already holds. The key register counts keys cut against keys returned and flags a vacant unit with one still out, and the handback check scores an inspection by weight so a deduction from a deposit can be written down and explained.
