Bridge Rig: Truss Builder

Span a canyon with road deck, timber, steel and cable, then press Test. Cars, vans, buses, trucks and tankers drive across while every member shows its strain. A member that stretches or squashes past its limit snaps, and the bridge either holds or folds. The solver is repeatable, so the same design gives the same result on your phone. Build on a grid. Drag from a joint to place a member, and the game shows its length and cost before you release it. Road members carry the vehicles, timber and steel make the trusses, and cables pull from towers, in tension only. Every level has a budget. The stress view colours each member by its strain and shows a warning sign above 80 per cent, so colour is never the only signal. There are 80 levels in four canyons of 20: Red Rock Gorge, Pine Ravine, River Delta and Iron Canyon. New ideas arrive one at a time, each with a short card and a demonstration: steel beams, rock piers, towers and cables, boats that need clearance, and drawbridges that lift for passing boats. The vehicles grow from a car and a van to buses, trucks and tankers. Stars depend on the cost of your bridge. Three stars for a design at or under the reference cost, two stars for a little more, and one star for any design within budget. Levels unlock in order, and the next canyon opens when 15 levels of the current one are passed. There is no timer and no energy limit, and your design is saved after every change. Stuck? Blueprint peek shows one member of a reference bridge as a ghost, up to three times per level. You start with three Blueprint Peek tokens and earn one more for every 10 levels you pass for the first time. A rewarded video also gives a peek. Rewarded offers are always optional and labelled. The game contains ads and offers in-app purchases. An interstitial ad called Test break can appear only when you leave a result screen after a passed test. It never appears before your fourth passed level, never more than once every two passed levels, never less than 120 seconds apart, and never during active play or after a failed test. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes Test break ads; rewarded offers remain. Blueprint Peek ×10 is a consumable pack that adds ten Blueprint Peek tokens. The game is for players aged 13 and over. It plays offline. The internet is used only for ads and for purchases through Google Play.
