Cobble & Crown is an idle city builder and incremental game set in a torchlit medieval city. Buy buildings that build more buildings, watch the city rise house by house on the map, then start over stronger with prestige upgrades that last. Start with a single Cottage. Cottages collect rent, Lanes found Cottages, Quarters found Lanes, and on up: each tier builds the one below it. Pave Roads, sign Charters, expand past the hills, and watch the coins run from ten to a googol and far beyond. DRAWN BY NIGHT, HOUSE BY HOUSE Everything you build stands on the map: a walled city seen from above at night. Windows light ring by ring out from the keep as your city climbs. Torches on the wall count down to your next goal. A watchman walks his beat, and his torch throws real shadows down the streets. Now and then someone comes to town. Tap them while they're here. GOLDEN AGES Sooner or later the city fills its walls. Declare a Golden Age: the city starts over, and what it built becomes Legacy, spent on upgrades that last. Every time round it grows faster than before. AND THEN? Walls are made to be broken. There is land beyond them, a crown to be won, and a sea that has not yet been crossed. Past all of it waits the Eternal City, and the road goes on further still.
