Month to Month: Period Log

Start without an account. Your logs are saved only on this device, and the app shows why it estimated each date. ■ A range, not a single date - Your next start day appears as a range, such as "Nov 3 – 7" - "Why this date?" explains your recent cycle lengths and how the estimate is made, in plain words - Logs that differ a lot from your other cycles are left out of the estimate, and you can add them back yourself ■ Fix a mistake right away - Tap "My period started" once to log a start day, and undo it right away - Tap a date to save flow, body, pain, mood, and a note for that day in one place ■ Logs and estimates look different - On the calendar, logged days are filled bars, the estimated start range is a dotted line, and other logs are small dots - You can tell them apart by shape, even if colors are hard to see - If you turn it on in Settings, a fertile window reference appears as a dotted outline on calendar days, with the days around ovulation marked by a small diamond (off by default). It is a reference value calculated from your past logs. Do not use it for contraception or pregnancy planning. ■ When you change phones - Make a backup file locked with a password you choose, keep it somewhere safe, and restore it on the new phone - Export and import CSV files ■ Quiet and light - No sign-up, no community, no shopping - Reminders arrive around the time you pick, and the lock screen shows only "You have something to check" - App lock with a PIN or biometrics - The only permissions are notifications and biometrics, and both are optional Month to Month is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Estimated dates are reference values calculated from the logs you enter and may differ from what actually happens. Do not use it for contraception or pregnancy purposes. 기기를 바꿀 때 CSV 파일도 「기록 되살리기」에서 바로 가져와요. 백업 파일 공유를 취소하면 「마지막 백업」을 남기지 않아요. 백업·CSV 파일이 기기 안에 남지 않게 공유가 끝나면 지워요.
