The Antler Construct portal, made for the phone in your pocket on site. For Antler Construct's own staff and the trades working with them. You sign in with the account the office gave you: your email, password and a 4-digit PIN, then fingerprint or face unlock if you choose. Every job in one place Open a job and everything about it is there: updates from the team, orders, the site diary, tasks, day works, snagging, plans and drawings, RAMS, health and safety and photos. Call the manager or get directions in one tap. Clock on and off Scan the poster on site to clock on, and again to clock off. Your hours go straight to your timesheet. Your week See where the planner has you each day: the job, the address and who you are working with, alongside holidays and training. Site diary Record the weather, labour on site, deliveries, visitors, instructions and delays as the day happens, and sign the page off before you leave. Snagging and defects Raise a snag with a photo, its trade and location. Whoever it is down to sees it, fixes it and photographs it put right. Health and safety Run toolbox talks and collect everybody's signature on the phone. Report near misses and accidents, read RAMS and sign company policies. And the rest of the working day Orders and site requests, tasks, day works, progress photos and video, PPE requests, holiday requests, announcements, training and alerts for anything waiting on you. You see what the office has given you access to. Notifications tell you when something needs you.
