Workigom Flow

Workigom Flow is an AI-powered assistant for small and medium-sized businesses. It connects your WhatsApp to an assistant that answers customers and books appointments, and helps you manage your income, expenses, invoices and social media accounts in one place. WHATSAPP AI ASSISTANT • Answers your customers 24/7 in the tone and character you choose. • Books appointments by checking your calendars and shares your services and prices with customers. • Add up to 10 appointment calendars (staff, rooms, doctors) and manage them all from one dashboard. • See your customer records, notes and appointment history. FLOW AI ASSISTANT • Ask about your day, appointments and numbers by typing or by voice and get an answer in seconds. • Can perform actions such as messaging your customers, but only with your approval: nothing is sent without it. AI ACCOUNTING • Track income and expenses and see your payment calendar. • Scan invoices with the camera; the details are read automatically and can be sent to your accountant’s dashboard. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT • Manage multiple accounts from one dashboard, schedule and publish posts. • Collect comments and messages in a single inbox and let the AI assistant reply for you. • Analyze follower growth and engagement. A Workigom Flow account is required to use the app. Some features depend on the plan on your account. Your data is transferred over encrypted connections, and you can delete your account and data from within the app.

• New: WhatsApp chats in the Inbox; read messages and reply from the app. • Inbox cards redesigned. • Monthly AI credits meter in Profile. • Multiple accounts on one platform: pick the ones to post to. • Clearer Share Center button. • X, Threads and TikTok buttons are now readable. • The first step of the welcome tour no longer skips by itself. • If a post fails, the reason is shown. • Account connection tips. • Bug fixes.
