OPTIONAL AI COACHING Trainoro can turn your measurements, matches and plans into written coaching feedback using OpenAI or Anthropic. These features stay switched off until you enter your own API key; requests go straight from your phone to the provider you chose. Text only — no images and no video are ever sent.
