Provision: AI Meal Planner

Provision builds you a real weekly meal plan — with actual grocery prices, not guesses — entirely on your phone. HOW IT'S DIFFERENT Most meal-planning apps either need a subscription, phone home to a server for every plan, or just show you generic recipes with made-up prices. Provision runs its AI meal planner directly on your device using Google's Gemma on-device model — no account required, no server round-trip, and nothing about what you eat ever leaves your phone unless you turn on sync. WHAT YOU GET • A full 7-day meal plan generated on-device, tailored to your dietary preference and weekly budget • A real, itemized grocery list built automatically from your plan's ingredients • Actual prices — live Kroger catalog pricing where available, crowdsourced real-world prices otherwise, never a flat guess • A budget tracker that shows exactly where your week's spending is going, by category • Step-by-step cook mode for each recipe • Support for English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese, with on-device translation of every generated recipe • Optional cross-device sync, so your plan and preferences follow you to a new phone BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY SHOP Pick your preferred store (Kroger, Safeway, Walmart, Whole Foods, or ALDI), set a weekly budget, and Provision keeps every generated plan within about $5 of it — regenerating automatically if a plan comes in over. PRIVACY FIRST Meal plan generation happens on your device. Pricing lookups go to Kroger's public API and the free, community-run Open Prices database — never to an ad network or data broker. Sync is optional and, when enabled, only stores your own preferences and plan under your own anonymous account. Provision is free to use. A small banner ad appears on the grocery list screen, and an occasional ad may show when you manually regenerate a plan — that's what keeps it free with no subscription.
