Once you have your first job, every tap of [Next month] plays a month of the season, and you make the calls between the board and the dressing room. 185 MANAGER SITUATIONS The dressing room, the press room, the boardroom, the night before a final. Every choice shows its odds, and what happens carries into the next month and the next season. As an assistant coach you lead the reserves in their own cup. MEET THE BOARD'S TARGET, EARN BIGGER JOBS The office card on your home screen shows the board's trust, the season's target position, where you stand and what is left on your contract. Beat the target and trust builds while bigger clubs come calling; let it run dry and your seat starts to wobble. GROWTH CARDS, EVERY SECOND SEASON In preseason every second season, pick one of three growth cards to shape your managerial skills: Common, Rare, Epic or Unique, with two free rerolls. In contract talks you and your agent ask for a salary and clauses, and answer the club's counter-offer. AWARDS AND RECORDS Manager of the Month, League Manager of the Year, World Manager of the Year. When you retire, your record and titles stay on your shelf. WEEKLY SEASON RANKINGS Pit your career score against other managers every week and put your name in the Hall of Fame. The top 3 and the top 10% of each season receive gold and reroll tickets in their gift box. 21 OWNER CHARACTERS Collect characters from the shop, owner levels, season rewards and product perks. Set one to stand for you on your home screen, or pick it as your manager's look in a new career. 10 leagues, 105 fictional clubs, ten-month seasons, three career slots. Careers from 1.x are kept apart; your shelf records and purchase rights carry over. Purchases never raise the odds of a match result.
