This app serves to help CDEK employees to solve their work tasks at office and warehouse. In the current version you can: ◆ scan and add CDEK ID forms to counterparties; ◆ enclose waybill scans to orders; ◆ document cargo arrival to warehouse (with consideration for address-based storage); ◆ release order to customer; ◆ define the exact payer and amount chargeable from the customer; ◆ accept payment at the time of order release via QR code or in cash; ◆ send electronic receipt to customer's phone or E-mail; ◆ verify the customer using the CDEK ID functionality; ◆ generate payment report to see the amount of cash for submission to the cashier's desk at the end of shift; ◆ print out the waybill/barcode/payment report or send a printed form using messenger, E-mail or another convenient option.

We’ve added a diagnostic screen — now, with just a couple of clicks, you can send information about your device, the app version, and logs to technical support. This screen also shows how many orders can be handed out in offline mode—useful for when the internet at a pickup point is down.
