Music Gear Notes

Music Gear Notes is a flexible note-taking app designed for musicians, producers, and sound designers who need an easy way to remember and recall hardware settings. It helps you document presets, patches, and configurations for synthesizers, guitar pedals, pedalboards, loopers, amplifiers, and other musical gear — especially vintage or hardware devices that don't support text-based preset names. Instead of cryptic numbers or memory slots, you can give every configuration a name, add text notes, and attach multiple photos. This makes it easy to remember how a sound was created, whether you are in the studio or preparing for a live performance. Music Gear Notes is built around a clear structure that matches real-world music workflows: · Devices – synthesizers, pedals, loopers, racks, amplifiers, or any musical equipment · Banks (optional) – groups of presets or memory banks · Slots – the main unit where you store: --> a title and slot number --> text notes --> multiple images (knob positions, pedal settings, setups) Music Gear Notes is ideal for: · Synthesizers with numeric or limited preset displays · Guitar pedals and pedalboards · Loopers with numbered memory slots · Amplifier and effects settings per song · Recording sessions and parameter recall · Producers using external hardware and racks Unlike generic notebook apps, Music Gear Notes is purpose-built for musicians. The device, bank, and slot structure makes it easy to organize complex setups and quickly find the sound you are looking for. Think of it as a visual notebook for your music gear — always ready when you need to recreate a sound.
