Called Team

Called Team is the private app for the Called Church production and volunteer teams. • Live run of show: everyone sees what's on now, what's next and the countdown, with cues for camera, lights, audio, slides, LED wall and stage. • Scheduling: leaders schedule positions for each service; volunteers accept, decline or take open spots. • Teams: production, worship, kids, setup, hospitality and more, each with its own positions and leaders. • Tasks and projects: assign tasks, follow them and post updates. • Service reports: automatic timing, notes logged during the service, and a fix-it list. • Trial changes: try a change for a few weeks and decide whether to keep it. Accounts are approved by a church leader. The app is for Called Church team members only.

New Team tab for every team: team chat, updates, weekly checklists, docs and celebrations. Connection team: scan connection cards, follow-ups, Belong & Believe groups and service counts. Prayer team requests. Faster updates.
