OpenDesk: Jobs & Invoices

OpenDesk is a simple desk for people who work for themselves: pet sitters, tree services, lawn care, cleaners and other small service businesses. Clients, calendar, invoices, mileage and tax totals live in one place, on your phone and your computer. ONE APP, YOUR TRADE Pick your edition when you set up: Pet, Tree, Lawn, Clean or General. Same engine underneath; each edition uses the words of your trade and shows only what you need. CALENDAR THAT MAKES SENSE - See every job and stay at a glance. - Pet sitters see who is staying at your place and who you are visiting at theirs. - Block off days you are not working. CLIENTS - Names, phone, email and address in one list. - Notes, emergency contacts, and pet details for pet sitters. - Add job photos from your camera. INVOICES AND PAYMENTS - Make invoices and mark them paid. - Record how you were paid: cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal or card. - Text or email a client a link to pay for your service by card. MILEAGE AND EXPENSES - Save how far each client lives once, and the trips add up for your mileage write-off. - Log business expenses as you go. TAX TIME Income, expenses and mileage totaled by month and by year, ready to hand to your tax preparer. BOOKING PAGE Your own booking page where clients can request dates. You approve or decline each request, and you can turn the page off any time. YOUR DATA - Same records on your phone and computer, even if you lose signal for a bit. - Download a backup of your data any time. - Delete your account and data from Settings. An OpenDesk account is required. Not a tax advisor: totals are for your records and your tax preparer.
