Sweet Bonanza

Eleven pickets to the bay, and every gap lands at the same 61 mm. That is the kind of answer Sweet Bonanza gives the moment you describe a run of fence: its length, the post size and spacing, the picket width, the gap you are hoping for and the height. Rather than guessing a gap and hoping the last board fits, Sweet Bonanza solves each bay on its own, finds the whole number 🔢 of pickets that comes closest to your gap, then splits the leftover evenly so the spacing is exact to the millimetre. The fence is drawn side-on as you go, and it moves whenever a number 🔢 does. Pick one of nine picket tops, from dog-ear and gothic to a heart cut-out, and one of six run shapes: straight, scallop, arch, swag, stepped or raked. For curved runs the arc or swag is fitted between the post tops and every picket gets its own cut height, gathered into a story pole you can read at the saw: picket number, cut height, colour and bay, with rail lengths, fixings and paint by the litre underneath. Colour gets the same care. Photograph your porch door, window trim or the roses by the gate, or choose a picture from your library 📚, and Sweet Bonanza samples up to five colours from it. Run them down the pickets as a repeat, a mirror, a gradient or a scatter that never puts two neighbours in the same shade, and see 👀 how many litres each colour needs before you open a tin. Saved runs move from planned to posts set, pickets hung and painted. A parts library 📚 covers post caps, gate latches and hinges, fence timbers and the common paint faults on boards, each with notes 📝 on where it goes and how to fix it. Millimetres or inches, one coat or three, everything works offline 📴 and stays on your device 📱.
