ECOM B2B Agent

ECOM B2B Agent is a sales force automation (SFA) application designed for field sales representatives working in B2B distribution and wholesale. The app enables agents to: • Browse and manage trade outlet portfolios • View product catalogs with real-time stock availability • Create and submit orders with automatic price calculation • Work offline — all data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored • Switch between 4 languages: Ukrainian, English, Romanian, Russian This is a business tool provided to sales teams by their employer. Users receive login credentials from their organization's administrator. There is no self-registration. Designed for tablets (10"+ screens).

- Notifications are system notifications with the app open and, on Android, in the background or closed; they open the record - Check-in on Android: with no usable position after 15 seconds, the Wi-Fi and cell position is used - An outlet change from the office no longer creates a check-in - Surveys: a daily one returns the next day, a weekly one on Monday; an answered one no longer returns after a sync - Profile: "of which not sent", a dash instead of 0 for figures that could not be read
