MySchool.Life is one system for the parts of the school day your student information system leaves to the office: booking parent-teacher interviews, taking the daily roll, running events, and marking exams. Built for a single school. Admins, teachers, parents and students share one account — someone who teaches at one school and parents at another switches without a second login. TAKE THE ROLL, FOUR WAYS Which classes should take a roll today is worked out from your timetable, so a late holiday or a schedule change never breaks the day. • Tap the grid — the fastest path, and it works offline. Marks save as the teacher taps and sync when the connection returns. • Projected code — students check themselves in against a rotating code on the board, verified by geofence or your school network, inside a grace window you set. • Student cards — scan printed student codes, boarding-pass style. • Paper sheets — print, mark with a pen, photograph, and the sheet is read into the grid for the teacher to review. However a mark is captured, the teacher's grid is the final word, and Submit is the single act that notifies. Parents of absent students get a push or an email after a delay you set. Reports, trends, at-risk lists and nightly alerts are standard, with your own mark codes, a closure calendar and time-boxed substitute access. INTERVIEWS AND EVENTS Publish the event, send one link. Parents book every child and every teacher in one sitting, with no account needed — clashes are prevented, and cancellations fill from the waitlist. Guest events, group bookings and multi-section events are supported, with capacity, rooms and registration. Ticketed nights get signed, time-limited QR tickets and a multi-station scanner, so staff check people in from their own phones while the office watches live counts. EXAMS, AND MARKING PAPER WITH YOUR PHONE Build an exam by describing it — even out loud — and edit the draft. Every question you keep joins the school's bank, with semantic search and learning outcomes, so next year's paper starts from this year's. Scan Marker prints an answer sheet for each student with their name and a code already on it, and reads the completed sheets back through the phone camera. Sheets hold 20, 50 or 100 multiple-choice questions with four or five options. Written and essay questions are marked by hand. The bubbles are read by computer vision running inside the app, on the phone itself, and the handwritten name box is read on our own servers. No answer sheet is sent to an AI provider. A teacher confirms every student match and every mark. ANNOUNCEMENTS, WITHOUT A MAILING LIST Post to everyone, or to roles narrowed by grade level and class. Parents inherit their own children's grades and classes, so "parents of grade 11" needs no list. The composer shows how many people your audience resolves to before you publish, and afterwards reports who was notified and who has opened it. Posts carry your own categories, an important flag, an image, an optional event date with a reminder, scheduled publishing and an automatic archive date. A STAFF DIRECTORY THAT KEEPS ITSELF CURRENT Photo, department, role and work contacts, plus the questions your school chooses to ask. Staff are prompted when their own profile is incomplete, with the missing fields named. Personal details stay hidden unless their owner turns them on. Staff and admins only. BUILT TO BE SIGNED OFF • Every change recorded field by field with old and new values, protected by a verifiable hash and kept for seven years. • Schools isolated from one another at the query layer. • Optional two-factor authentication. • No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no ad-tech. Student data is never used to train AI models. • AI features can be switched off school-wide or per user, or run on your own API key.
