KidsPass

KidsPass is the parent app for daycares, preschools and prep schools that use KidsTrack to manage attendance. It lets parents and guardians check their child in and out at the school, see when their child arrived and left, and keep the school up to date with the information it needs. KidsPass works only with a school that uses KidsTrack. Your child's school registers your child and adds your phone number and email address; you then sign in with that number and a 6-digit code sent to your email. If you don't have an account yet, ask your child's school to add you. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH KIDSPASS Drop-off and pick-up QR code • Each child has a personal QR code in the app. School staff scan it at drop-off and pick-up, so every arrival and departure is recorded with the time. • The code changes regularly, so a screenshot or photo of it can't be reused. Attendance history • See every drop-off and pick-up for each of your children: the date, the time and who handled it. • Get a notification when your child is dropped off or picked up. Report an absence • Tell the school your child won't be coming in, and why (for example, sick or a family matter), before the day starts. Authorised persons • Add the people allowed to collect your child, with their name, relationship and phone number, so staff know who may pick your child up. Emergency contacts • Keep a list of people the school can call if they can't reach you. Medical profile • Record allergies, medical conditions, medication and doctor details, so staff know how to keep your child safe. Documents • Upload documents the school asks for, such as immunisation records or birth certificates, straight from your phone. Incidents • Read incident reports the school records about your child, such as a minor injury during play. Notifications • See the notifications the school sends you about your child in one place. Invoices • See the fees your school bills through KidsTrack and which invoices are paid or due. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Sign-in uses your phone number plus a one-time code sent to your email. • You can set a PIN to lock the app on your phone. • You choose what the school may do with your data, and you can request a copy of your data, report a mistake, or ask for it to be erased from within the app. • You can delete your account from Settings. • Your child's information is shared only with your child's school. KidsPass is made by IRI Technologies in Jamaica. For help, contact your child's school or email [email protected].
