Denomination is a cash counter for shopkeepers, cashiers, small business owners, and anyone who wants a clear breakdown of the money in hand. COUNT CASH BY DENOMINATION Enter the quantity beside each banknote or coin value. The app calculates each subtotal and adds the amounts together, while separate counters show how many notes and coins you have entered. Your total appears in figures and English words, making the result easier to read and check before you save or share it. SET UP THE VALUES YOU USE Choose a currency from the searchable country and currency list. Currency-specific presets provide a starting set of notes and coins. Open Manage to select which denominations appear in your counter, or add a custom value and mark it as a note or coin. Your denomination settings are kept for each currency, so you can return to a familiar counting setup. KEEP A COUNT IN PROGRESS An unfinished cash count is saved locally as a draft for the selected currency and restored when you return to the counter. Undo and Redo let you step through quantity edits during a counting session. Clear resets the entries for a fresh count, and an optional confirmation prompt helps you avoid clearing them unintentionally. SAVE AND REVIEW YOUR COUNTS Save a completed count to the on-device history. Saved counts appear with their date, time, and total, with the newest entries first. Open a record to inspect the denomination quantities, subtotals, overall amount, and amount in words. Delete an individual record when you no longer need it. This is useful when you want to look back at a cash tally rather than start the same calculation again. SHARE A READABLE BREAKDOWN Share your current count or an earlier saved count as text through your device's sharing options. The summary includes denomination values, quantities, subtotals, and the final amount in figures and words. Use it to pass a cash breakdown to another person without typing the whole calculation again. Available sharing destinations depend on the apps on your device. TURN A NUMBER INTO WORDS Need the wording for an amount without counting physical money? Open Numbers in words and enter a number to see its English wording. Choose title case, sentence case, lowercase, or uppercase, and adjust the displayed text size with a slider. It is a convenient reference when writing amounts on forms or checking how a number should read. MAKE TOTALS FAMILIAR Settings include Indian grouping or standard number notation, comma or period separators, and your chosen currency symbol. Choose a light appearance, a dark appearance, or the system theme. These preferences let you read and work with amounts in a format that suits your routine. The core counting and number-to-words calculations run on your device. Saved counts and drafts use local app storage. Automatic initial country detection and advertising use network services.
