WellInspection Pro

WellInspection Pro is the phone app for water well and pump inspections that close escrow. Sign in with the work email your company already set up. The app does not create the company account on the phone. After sign-in, an inspector sees today's inspections and open work for that company. A reviewer sees inspections that need review. An owner or office manager sees the company overview. Each inspection follows the ten sections used on the website: property overview, well information, well pump, pressure tank, booster pump, storage tank, plumbing and valves, electrical safety, water quality, and sand or sediment. Record the status and remarks for each section. Add photos from the camera or the photo library, with a caption. Note deficiencies and a recommendation. Arrival GPS is saved when the inspection starts. Sign on the device, then submit the inspection for review. Reviewers, owners, and office managers can approve or reject. The report PDF and a portal share link use the phone's share sheet. The link follows the company's expiry (90 days unless the company set a different value). WellInspection Pro does not show ads and does not sell inspection data. Sign-in is email and password. Two-factor is optional and is not collected on the phone.
