WeatherMood is a daily mood diary with a twist: alongside a 1-5 mood rating, you pick your own weather tag for the day — Sunny, Cloudy, Rainy, Stormy, Snowy, or Windy — plus an optional note. The weather tag is always self-reported by you, never pulled from any weather service or the internet. There's no location access and no network calls at all; the app works fully offline, on-device, with no account needed. Every entry is logged through an explicit Log Entry modal: rate your mood, tap the weather that matched your day, add a note if you like, and save. A streak counter tracks consecutive days logged (missing today doesn't break an unbroken streak until a day is genuinely skipped), and a Journal screen keeps a running history of every entry you've written. The Stats screen is a distinctive "Ledger Page" — ruled lines, a red margin rule, and hand-lettered marginal annotations, styled like a paper diary rather than a typical dashboard. It shows your current and longest streaks, total entries, a monthly trend, and — the app's real differentiator — how your mood correlates with each weather tag you've used. This correlation is reliability-gated: a weather tag only gets a confident "better/worse than average" result once you've logged enough entries under it, and any tag with too few entries is honestly labeled "not enough data yet" instead of being averaged into a misleading number. The whole app carries a warm paper-and-ink diary look — cream paper backgrounds, ruled lines, and a hand-lettered display font — used consistently across the Home, Journal, Log Entry, and Stats screens. An optional daily reminder can nudge you if you haven't logged today.
