Perfume Collection: FlaconKeep

Perfume collection tracker and fragrance wear diary for bottles, samples and decants. Keep every record on your own device. No account, no ads, no subscription. Track fill, log your scent of the day and see what each wear costs you. FlaconKeep is a private collection instrument for fragrance lovers. Every full bottle, backup, travel spray, decant and sample lives on your phone, not on a server. SEE THE WARDROBE, NOT A SPREADSHEET A photo-forward shelf shows each bottle and its rough fill at a glance. Open a bottle for concentration, batch code, size, purchase details, top, heart and base notes, your own impressions, longevity and sillage. The built-in catalog speeds up entry, and you can always add any fragrance manually. SCENT OF THE DAY IN TWO TAPS Log a wear from a recent bottle, record sprays and occasion, or layer several bottles into one diary entry. Reapply without re-entering the details. Pick for me brings a neglected bottle back into rotation. KNOW WHAT YOU USE Track fill in practical fractions and see estimated cost per logged wear. Pro adds rotation, seasonality, house and note affinities, neglected-bottle insights and a factual Year in Scent recap. FROM SAMPLE TO BOTTLE Move a fragrance from to-try to sample to to-buy to owned. Keep a wear count toward the decision, a target size and a maximum price, and get a duplicate warning before buying something already in the wardrobe. Finishing a bottle can archive it and bring its backup forward without losing history. BRING YOUR EXISTING COLLECTION Paste a spreadsheet export, map its columns and review duplicates before importing. ZIP backup, restore and CSV export are always free, including at the free limit. FREE AND PRO Free includes five active full bottles plus five samples, decants or travel sprays. Everything you have added stays yours to view, back up and export. FlaconKeep Pro is one purchase and unlocks unlimited bottles and smaller vessels, full insights, Year in Scent, multiple bottle photos and optional PIN or biometric app lock. Works fully offline. No account required. Your collection can always be exported. FlaconKeep is not affiliated with or endorsed by any fragrance house.
