HOW TO PLAY - Touch and drag across the playfield to move your swimmer in any direction. - Catch fish as they move across the screen to earn points. - Avoid jellyfish, which cost you a life and reset your combo. - Stay away from decoy fish. Touching one costs a life, breaks your combo, and deducts points. - Catch the required number of fish before the countdown ends to advance. 16 LEVELS OF UNDERWATER ACTION GarnetRogue begins with a manageable pace, giving you room to learn how to move and catch your targets. As you progress, the number of fish required increases, objects appear more frequently, and moving creatures travel faster across the playfield. The time available for each level also decreases, so you must act quickly and plan your movement carefully. Objects gradually become smaller, making precise movement and accurate positioning more important as the challenge grows. Decoys enter the game from level 5, blending into the action and making it harder to choose safe targets. Jellyfish become increasingly common throughout your run, and from level 8 they can drift vertically as they move, creating less predictable encounters. Keep your eyes on the entire playfield. Chasing every fish is tempting, but moving into danger can cost you a valuable life. Sometimes the smartest move is to avoid a hazard and wait for a safer opportunity. BUILD YOUR COMBO AND SCORE Every fish you catch adds points and increases your combo. Consecutive catches reward consistent play, with the points earned per fish growing as your combo rises. Your current score and personal best help you track your progress and aim for a stronger run. Mistakes have consequences. Colliding with a jellyfish costs a life and resets your combo. Touching a decoy also deducts five points, in addition to costing a life and breaking your combo. If the timer expires before you meet the level goal, your run ends, so keep collecting until the objective is complete. CHOOSE YOUR DIFFICULTY - Easy: start with five lives, slower movement, fewer jellyfish, and more time to complete each level. - Normal: take on a balanced challenge with three lives and steadily increasing pressure. - Hard: test your reflexes with only two lives, faster objects, shorter timers, and more dangerous encounters.
