Ritzo Casino

Ritzo Casino opens on the Workout screen, where you can see this week's workouts, volume, minutes and days trained. Browse routines and their exercises, then tap Start to begin a session. The Session screen lists each exercise and its sets, with previous numbers beside each set. Edit the weight and reps, then tick off each completed set. A running clock shows your session time. Finish the workout to save it, or discard the session. If you finish without ticking any sets, the app asks for confirmation first. Open History to review saved workouts, including time, volume, records and the best set for each exercise. You can also delete a workout. Before you save your first workout, History shows a hint. On the Progress screen, pick an exercise to view its estimated one-rep max over 12 weeks, best set, sessions and weekly volume. Ritzo Casino works offline and stores routines and finished workouts, including sets, weights and reps, only on your device.
