Garrison: Christian Discipline

Scattered between too many things? Garrison brings discipline and order back to your days, as a Christian. Garrison is a daily discipline app for Christian men. Each day, five simple quests: prayer, Scripture, a screen-time limit, real meals and sleep. Every quest you keep adds 20 to your Rule, one score out of 100. Reach 80 and you held the line. ONE RULE, FIVE QUESTS Prayer: a guided morning prayer from your own church, one line at a time, then your own words while a gold ring counts down. 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Scripture: today's chapter of a 90-day reading plan, in the King James Version (Douay-Rheims for Catholics). Day 1 is Ephesians 6, the armor of God. Screen limit: pick your daily limit and check in honestly at night. Meals: three real meals, and the kitchen closes at the time you choose. Sleep: lights out on time, for a clear head in the morning. A DEBRIEF EVERY NIGHT Every evening, Sir Aldric, a knight chaplain, gives you a short Debrief: what you held today, where the line bent, and your orders for tomorrow. Direct like a commanding officer, warm underneath. THE ARMOR OF GOD Each quest forges one piece of the armor from Ephesians 6: the Shield of Faith, the Sword of the Spirit, the Helmet of Salvation, the Belt of Truth and the Breastplate of Righteousness. Keep a quest day after day and its piece climbs from Iron to Steel, Silver, Gold and Relic. RANKS AND HONOR Every quest you keep earns Honor. Rise from Page to Squire, Knight, Knight Commander and all the way to Grand Master. THE 90-DAY ROAD March a 90-day road, one stage at a time. Each week, face a boss tied to your weakest habit: The Drowse, The Scroll Wraith, The Craving or The Wanderer. Hold the line and it falls. BUILT AROUND YOUR CHURCH Catholic, Evangelical, Baptist, Nondenominational or Orthodox: your prayers and readings follow the tradition you choose. HOLD THE LINE Your streak grows every day you hold the line. Notifications stay simple: one Debrief a night, and one warning if your line is in danger. Nothing else. No account needed. Your check-ins stay on your phone. Garrison is a subscription, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. You can cancel anytime in your Google Play subscriptions.
