Color does the first reading: greener hours are kinder for a run, and warmer reds mean you may want to wait or stay in. The air screen explains the index and the particle readings, then tells you whether the air supports a run or whether an indoor session is the better call. Coin Strike The run log is a straightforward list. Add distance and time, watch the pace calculate itself, and tag the effort with a simple feeling. The conditions at that moment are attached automatically, so the diary remembers more than the stopwatch. Coin Strike Weekly bars show how many kilometers you covered, alongside total distance and average pace. RunStar does not try to be a coach.
