Dampi: Drink Less Tracker

Drink less, your way. Dampi is a cozy, judgment-free alcohol tracker with a capybara who grows happier as you cut back. No pressure to quit, no shame on a big night. Just a calm daily check-in and a hot spring that grows with every good day. LOG IN 10 SECONDS Each morning your capy asks how yesterday went. Tap beer, wine, spirits or cocktails, or mark a dry day. Missed a day? Backfill any date from the calendar. GROW YOUR CAPY'S HOT SPRING Good days earn yuzu coins. Spend them on lanterns, koi, cherry trees, snow monkey friends and cozy outfits. Your capy grows from a tiny pup into a relaxed spa master as you stick to your plan. SEE YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE A weekly report shows drinks vs your goal, dry days, money kept and calories skipped. The month calendar makes patterns easy to spot. NIGHT OUT? STAY ON PLAN Going out? Set a plan for the night. Your capy checks in now and then with a gentle nudge and a reminder to drink water. Log a drink or a water right from the notification. Plus a silly "I'm totally fine" mini game check with reflex, memory and quick math. It is just for fun and can't tell if you are okay to drive. Never drink and drive. KIND, NEVER JUDGY Over your goal? Your capy brings a blanket and a water bottle, not a lecture. Every honest log counts.
