JPEGS: just photos, no bs

JPEGS_ is photo sharing stripped down to what matters. No endless feeds. No algorithmic manipulation. No suggested content. No ads. Just photos from people you actually want to see. WHAT YOU GET: • Post square photos with captions • Follow friends, see their posts • Like and comment • That's literally it WHAT YOU DON'T GET: • Reels, stories, or disappearing content • Ads between every post • "Suggested for you" nonsense • Engagement bait notifications • Your data sold to advertisers Built for people tired of social media but who still want to share moments with friends. Brutalist design. Zero distractions. Just jpegs.

Photos no longer get a dark edge when you post them. Android's cropper was padding the image and that padding was being saved into the picture itself. Tapping a JPEGS link from Txty now lands on the photo with a way back, rather than stranding you there. The Tapes link on a profile opens the Tapes app at your profile instead of a browser. Linking a Txty account created with Google or Apple now works, from Txty.
